The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. **Minimum Qualifications.**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years' experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area OR 6 years' experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area.
4 years' experience leading teams.
Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
