McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload products from our distribution centers to our customers. McLane in Frankfort, KY is offering experienced CDL-A drivers up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Experienced CDL-A drivers earn between $5,000 and 85,000 in their first year, with even higher earnings for those with verifiable route delivery experience.
Benefits you can count on:
Pay Rate: First year Drivers average 65,000- 85,000 per year.
Sign-on bonus: Up to 10,000 depending on experience.
Routes are primarily solo 2-day routes (1 night out)
Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.
Paid holidays, earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.

What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
Unload and place all products in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
Ensure correct and on-time deliveries.
Make deliveries utilizing a 2-wheel dolly, and ramp.
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications you'll bring as a CDL-A Teammate:
At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
