**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with business analysts to interpret, develop, and implement solution requirements to stakeholders.
+ Implement system security requirements defined under Information Security standards.
+ Update, prepare, and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
+ Perform changes related to the Dynamics platform and its related technologies.
+ Develop Power Automate flows based on solution requirements.
+ Lead complex troubleshooting and incident resolution events.
+ Support the release and implementation of platform and product enhancements.
+ Provide support to users in the field for issues escalated to the operations team.
+ Interpret customer story requirements to create detailed, formal Dynamics solution designs.
+ Participate in Application Lifecycle Management including design, development, validation, and deployment.
+ Ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical business audiences.
+ Consistently collaborating to create/drive complex Project Operations solutions to improve business outcomes.
+ Stay current with emerging CRM and MS Dynamics trends & features

**Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of experience working within an Agile software development organization.
+ 3 years of experience working within a DevOps SDLC team.
+ 2-3 years of demonstrable development experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
+ 2-3 years of experience in Power Automate and Java Script.
+ Strong ability to represent and organize documentation.
+ Strong written and verbal communications skills
+ Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and tailor messages appropriately.
+ Strong ability to represent and document business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, user stories, etc.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Certification: Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform credentials (preferred)

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,000-$110,000.

Additionally, Software Engineers specify and evaluate vendor capabilities to provide applications or services, and configure, implement, and maintain software applications. They conduct a wide range of tests and analyses to ensure software meets or exceeds specified standards and end user requirements and ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
PeopleSoft technical experience.
Position is for an Application Developer/Analyst to support the SRNS installation of PeopleSoft - Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management modules.
This position is eligible for up to 100% telework. Amount of telework, if any, will be determined by job scope, candidate location, and other factors related to the position.
Keeps assigned applications operational by testing product upgrades, providing customer support and problem-solving customer issues. Plans for information systems and services from a perspective of application design, development, installation or database administration in accordance with SRNS IT processes and procedures. Provides tactical design, engineering, technical specifications, project coordination, and configuration management for moderately complex IT solutions. Assists more senior technical personnel in performing related activities in moderately complex tasks.
Work closely with the Software Professional Lead and the customer/owner to understanding and apply your knowledge of the functional and system requirements
* Maintain technical expertise in assigned emphasis areas and demonstrate flexibility in multiple disciplines
* Proactively communicate and coordinate with others across IT to provide support for assigned areas
Perform other tasks associated with application development lifecycle, commercial off the shelf software support and database administration:
* Perform root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for complex problems
* Ensure continued service of customer applications through prompt correction of system or program malfunctions and applying a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities
* Master software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, change management, vulnerability scanning, and debuggers in the software development process
* Guide personnel to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to technical standards, lead the analysis and development of requirements, design specs, and final products by reviewing systems documentation, plans, and schedules produced by less experienced personnel
* Train less experienced personnel in the development of requirements, specifications, technical products and existing business processes
* Lead moderate sized initiatives and projects by establishing tasks, priorities, milestones, cost estimates, and schedules
* Conduct feasibility studies of automation opportunities and establish cost benefit parameters
* Develop test plans and execute these plans to ensure that the software is correct
* Participate in validation and efficiency reviews of completed program code
* Review policies and procedures for technical accuracy
* Participate in cross-functional IT teams
* Evaluate new requests, offer suggestions to improve, provide comments and estimates level of effort for moderately complex IT solutions
* Provide support for the software infrastructure associated with the system environments
* Maintain cyber posture and compliance required to maintain federal authority to operate
* Perform installations and upgrades to software and databases for maintaining vendor support and strategic agility
* Plan for future requirements of database systems, to include disaster recovery needs and storage requirements
* Protect operations by keeping information confidential
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
* Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
