We are looking for a Legal Operations & Risk Management Specialist to join our Legal Team. This individual will have a proactive mindset with a bias towards action and an eagerness to step outside of their comfort zone to affect changes big and small. The Legal Operations & Risk Management Specialist will be an enthusiastic self-starter that values building relationships and working closely with individuals across the organization. In this role, you will take the lead on developing, implementing, supporting, and improving several processes, practices and systems that are (or will be) designed to improve our team’s efficiency, effectiveness, cost management and overall performance. This role will ultimately serve as the operational backbone of the Legal Team and champion cross-functional efforts to provide legal and compliance support across Crystal Clean.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain Legal Matter management system:
- Assist with creation and generation of reports.
- Ensure matters and documents are classified and organized correctly.
- Provide support on legal projects or projects that require legal support.
- Review Legal spending and budgeting.
- Provide support to Outside Counsel management.
- Track spending, billing practices and general Counsel management.
- Provide process improvements within legal team operations.
- Creating master agreements
- General assistance with M&A; due diligence collection, organization, and APA negotiation
- Legal Governance
- Entity Management
- Assist tax department with management of CT Corp
- Managing insurance applications, supporting documentation, and reports
- Insurance vendor management
- Assist to receive, review, negotiate, and execute NDA’s as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Purpose
The HR Operations Case Management Lead will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, implementing, and maintaining the HR Case Management solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow or other case management platform configuration, administration, and integration with various systems.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
+ Leads the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow Case Management modules and enhancements.
+ Partners with BTS, DDS, and vendor partners to configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, etc.
+ Oversees and maintains system integrity and security through routine monitoring and implementation of platform upgrades.
+ Provides expert guidance and best practices for utilizing ServiceNow capabilities to drive business process optimization.
+ Leads and performs data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities across platform.

Qualifications
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ 5 + years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations with prior system and platform experience, including case management and HRSD module configuration or similar platforms.
+ 8 years work experience.
+ Strong understanding of HR Operations and HRSD processes and best practices.
+ Proven experience in system design, scripting, and application customization.
+ Proficiency in system functionality, technical design and process improvement.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

The Commercial Bank's Treasury Management Product Team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier client and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The TM Product Team is responsible for supporting all client-facing products as well as associate-facing tools, operations, and sales support.

Deep understanding of NACHA rules and regulations and processing
Expertise how the ACH product integrates across other Treasury Management products

Work in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, propose, communicate and implement product development processes and solutions for ACH - intensive, high impact engagements, harnessing latest agile ways of working and leveraging design-based thinking.
Implement continuous improvement, leveraging frameworks and data insights to revise sales and marketing activities and workflow.
Thought leadership
Provide presentations on Treasury Management ACH solutions across the Value Chain
Keep abreast of competition, technology changes, trends, etc. in the marketplace and educate partners and customers as appropriate
Financial Product Knowledge
Financial industry product and technical knowledge will include ACH from a product, operations and regulatory perspective
Basic Qualifications:
At least 10 years of ACH experience for Commercial clients either in an operational or product management function
At least 7 years of experience in NACHA rules, regulations and processing
At least 7 years integrating ACH products across other Treasury Management products
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of ACH expertise for Commercial clients (operational and/or product management)
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
