Job Description
We are looking for Box Loader/Unloader team members in Frackville
When loading, we are floor loading boxes by hand onto a trailer from a conveyor. We are scanning the boxes with a scanner into the trailer and moving cages to/from staging. We are loading these boxes as fast, neat, and accurately as possible.
When unloading, we are unloading boxes from a floor loaded trailer onto a conveyor. Then we are scanning those boxes and putting them into cages.
Pay: Paid Per Trailer ($150-$00 per day)
- Paid for the work performed, the more work you do the more you get paid. Paid per case loaded/unloaded. On average 120- 200 per day or 15- 25 per hour.
- The fastest unloaders/loaders have made 25- 35 before as well.
- The faster and harder you work, the more money you make.
- 1st Shift: Friday - Sunday 7:00AM-7:30PM.
- ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED.
- MUST BE ON TIME.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must be able to lift and carry 5-50LBS.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.

- Manages the resources for an assigned clinical area, including procurement, transport, storage, preparation, cleaning, and maintenance assistance.
- Resources may include any supplies, medications excluding Scheduled Controlled Substances as defined by the DEA, linen, equipment, or other materials required for patient care or for other required activities (does not include staff members).
- Maintains a current understanding of the supplies, equipment, services, other resources, and operations provided by the Support Services departments.
- Maintains data entry to support performance metrics as assigned or required.
- Suggests opportunities for improvement, offers solutions to the issues, and actively works to implement these solutions to improve operations and remove waste from processes.
- Actively participates as a team member in working towards the goals of the assigned unit and organization by supporting the clinical staff as directed, serving as a mentor and trainer for new staff, and providing the highest level of customer service possible.
- Actively works to keep supply rooms, equipment storage rooms, patient rooms, and other assigned areas clean and organized.
- Provides for a safe environment by taking corrective measures to maintain a neat and orderly work environment in optimal functioning order.
- OSHA, Department of Health, and Joint Commission regulations must be followed.
