TransForce is seeking full-time CDL Class A drivers in Seabrook, NH . This position offers a competitive hourly rate of 35/hr, with overtime available after 40 hours per week.
Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday
- Initial 90-day period requires a 5-day workweek; option to transition to a 4-day schedule thereafter.
- Shifts typically last 12–14 hours, starting at 4:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver groceries to a mix of independent and national grocery stores, as well as schools and hospitals.
- Handle 12–14 stops per day, covering approximately 130 miles.
- Operate 28–36 ft dual-temperature zone tractor-trailers.
- Unload freight using a ramp and two-wheeler; average load consists of 660 cases.
Training:
- Three-day in-house training covering classroom instruction and yard maneuvers.
- Four to five weeks of on-the-road training with experienced drivers.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Commercial Drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. Commercial Drivers are responsible for providing the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material. Containers may weigh more than 1,000 pounds and at times require drivers to maneuver wheeled containers to a pick-up stage area. Commercial Driver will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. The Commercial Driver navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job.
Responsibilities:

Operates vehicle in accordance with WIN Waste's Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA (Occupational and Safety Health Act) and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal laws.

Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle and documents checks utilizing the standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report).

Immediately reports all unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.

Attends and participates in all scheduled training programs, briefings, and meetings as required by WIN or directed by the Route Manager.

Works closely with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies and identify best practices.

Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage.

Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions, including blocked containers, closed lots, streets, alleyways, or potential safety hazards.

Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.

Identifies and reports all containers in need of repair or replacement.

Ensures the number of containers on the route reconciles to the service level listed on service list.

Completely dumps all containers and leaves the customer's location clean and free of debris.

Completes and submits customer tickets as required when excessive yardage must be removed.

Positions and returns containers on the customer's property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced. enclosure doors are closed and secured, and containers do not block driveway entrances or traffic.

Follows route assignments as directed and completes end of day documentation and check out process.

Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assisting other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.

- Safely operate a tractor trailer combination locally.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
- Excellent customer service skills- Our Drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for delivery and pickup of containers to and/or from customer locations; provide an effective and incident free delivery or pickup of a container while maintaining excellent rapport with the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and operate a commercial truck with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers at customer sites in a safe manner by following all safety rules
- Perform and log daily pre and post trip inspections of commercial vehicle and lift
- Accept add-on deliveries as required to meet business needs
- Use company handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation
- Operate a forklift and/or an overhead crane
- Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are presentable for delivery to customer
- Coordinate rental paperwork and payment with the customer
- Communicate with the Driver Lead or Market Manager on customer questions and/or issues; Prepare driver notes as needed
- Perform repairs of containers and lifts in the field and at the storage center
- Provide backup for storage center functions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of truck cab (keep free from debris inside and outside)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
