+ Unload delivery trucks and verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.
+ Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.

Develop reporting, root cause and forward actions to improve KPIs including customer service levels, schedule adherence, forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, cost savings and other metrics. Provide support for sourcing and material cost savings initiatives including set up and costing with new and alternate vendors. Liaison with IT and use advanced Excel, PowerBI and other tools to automate supply chain department tasks and drive efficiencies. Qualifications: Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem solving, leadership and persuasion skills. Background in a private equity or a startup environment is helpful.
