**Job Title: Supply Specialist - Warehouse Associate**
**Location:** Downtown Charleston
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Pay:** $16/hour to start, with a $/hour raise after six months
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Supply Specialist** to support our Materials Management team in a fast-paced, hospital-based warehouse setting. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate intake, organization, and distribution of materials that support critical operations throughout the medical complex.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments at the loading dock
+ Organize packages and document inventory using Microsoft Office and digital tracking systems
+ Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs while adhering to safety protocols
+ Resolve shipment discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal departments
+ Conduct routine quality control and ensure proper material handling
+ Assist with inventory restocking and supply distribution throughout the facility
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ Experience with inventory systems, material handling, and order fulfillment
+ Proficient in picking, packing, and using RF scanners
+ Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management software
+ High school diploma or GED
+ At least one year of related experience
+ Basic computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical warehouse tasks
