Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 5PM
Location: Onsite - 3517 SW Wilshire Blvd, Joshua, TX 76058
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for all components of the patient experience ranging from patient in-take, office visit, patient close-out, and appointment scheduling. The position also oversees the reporting function for the clinic including compliance specific reports as well as corporate statistics
- General clinic office functions that support efficient and effective patient care including patient registration, insurance verification, collection of applicable co-insurance and/or co-payments
- Greets patients as they arrive and manages 15-minute wait time
- Manages cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies
- Processes walk-in patients and visitors
- Manages medical records and fax inbox
- Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed, processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs
- Quality metrics driven- PML management
Skills:
- Possess planning, organizing, conflict resolution, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Independent problem identification/resolution and decision making skills
- Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks, demands simultaneously
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience working in a medical office
- Intermediate level of proficiency in PC software including EMR
The salary range for this role is $16.88to $33.22<
