Pay Rate: $2.2778 to 38.0486 based on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all necessary pre-production safety checks
Follow all plant safety rules, SOPs, LOTO, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Operate, set up, adjust, repair, and overhaul all assembly line equipment and related equipment as required to maintain standard quality and quantity of production
Maintain all functions of the can assembly line
Perform all necessary quality checks to ensure the product meets documented quality requirements
Accept primary responsibility for the performance of the assigned equipment
Perform preventative maintenance as required
Perform and document completed daily housekeeping; The Work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Mechanical background and/or experience required
All applicants will be tested for mechanical aptitude
Tools are required. The Company will furnish a basic tool list, the minimum requirement for this position.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
Strong attention to detail and ability to establish and maintain a high level of organization and quality
Familiarization with computers; data entry/Microsoft programs
Ability to lift to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance. This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skills.
Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift; frequent overtime may also be required
