We're hiring Production Associates to assemble windows in our clean, brightly lit, temperature-controlled facility. Your daily tasks will vary, and you'll get to move around throughout the day. No experience? No problem. We'll set you up for success with supportive, hands-on training. This role could be just the beginning of a meaningful career, with endless opportunities for promotion.

- Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
- Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
- Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
Select a schedule that works for your life:
Guaranteed pay increase at 6-months. Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.
Monday - Thursday:
- Days: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $8.50 per hour
- Evenings: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am Pay: 21.50 per hour
- A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills

**Job Title:** Seated Production Worker - 2nd Shift
**Location:** Clear Lake, WI
**Pay Range:** $16/hr
**Shift:** 2nd Shift, 2p-10p (Mon-Fri)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated processes using small hand tools, microscope and /or other support equipment.
+ Inspect own work for quality compliance.
+ Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate.
+ Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance.
**What's Needed?**
+ Looking for candidates with strong work history
+ Must clearly speak, read and write English.
+ Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence and memos.
+ Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues and similar subjects both verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to perform basic math functions.
