**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in assembling truck parts and performing installations. The ideal candidate must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs, possess a keen attention to detail, and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and install van equipment including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.
+ Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.
+ Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.
+ Collaborate with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.
+ Understand all product line parts and accessories.
+ Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
+ Mig weld trailer hitches and roller bars in vans and trucks.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.

**TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
As a Welder, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment throughout the plant. With several different product lines, you will handle various dies and use your skills in TIG welding to ensure optimal performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and maintain dies across multiple product lines.
+ Operate overhead cranes to move dies to the shop.
+ Conduct inspections on mechanical and electrical components.
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on dies, including addressing cracks or non-functioning issues.
+ Utilize TIG welding skills to perform minor repairs and fabrication.
**Essential Skills**
+ MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF WORKING experience in TIG welding on stainless steel.
+ Proficiency in grinding and die repair.
+ Knowledge of using overhead cranes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Some experience in tooling or die maintenance.
+ Fabrication of guards and racks.
+ Experience with preventive maintenance.

**Work Environment**

This role offers potential growth into Die Maintenance and further into leadership roles within the Maintenance Team.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Container Welder/ Fabricator repairs, paints and performs maintenance to containers and roll-off boxes.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Performs repairs and maintenance on front, rear and roll-off containers
+ Weld steel and aluminum components using MIG and ARC welding Equipment.
+ Fabricates steel components using a brake and shear.
+ Cuts steel using a plasma cutter or torch.
+ Fabricates steel components for hoppers, containers and compactors.
+ Installs lids and wheels on containers.
+ Paints repaired containers.
+ Follows all safety policies and procedures.
+ Completes required paperwork.
+ Install company and safety decals in accordance with company standard diagram on containers and roll-off boxes.
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
+ Refer more complex repairs to the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.
+ Certified welder.
+ Advanced knowledge of mig &stick welders, plasma cutter, and airless paint Sprayers. Familiar with basic use of hand tools.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to follow directions with minimal supervisory involvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum of 1 year welding experience OR COMPLETION OF A WELDING PROGRAM.
