Are you ready to contribute? Key Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements. Serve as the escalation point for critical supplier and customer issues on assigned platforms and sites. Lead meetings with internal teams and customers to present recovery plans, improvement initiatives, and long-term solutions. Communicate key information effectively to the customer business team, program management, and customers. Coordinate effectively between customers, CBTs, and Honeywell functions. Develop and implement projects to improve customer-facing performance metrics and survey results with suppliers and sites. Plan and execute customer ramp-up strategies, including staffing, training, tooling, and capital investments. Implement ISC strategies to ensure sustainment program rate readiness. Collaborate with various teams to address systemic issues and meet performance targets across the extended value stream. Escalate issues to site-level meetings to share VOC and drive improvement plans.
