**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ·:
+ Complete preventative maintenance on machinery
+ Perform minor repairs
+ Maintain a safe and productive workplace
+ Troubleshoot and/or repair facility, operations and portable equipment as defined by the company
+ Complete necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program
+ Propose recommendations to improve the equipment
+ Required to travel and perform maintenance duties, as needed
+ On a rotation basis, will be required to be on call when scheduled
+ Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements
+ Perform other duties as required by Supervisor
**Education/Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred
+ Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical, or Electrical field preferred
+ Five years of hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electrical applications preferred
+ Three to five years of CNC controller and/or manual machine experience preferred
+ Equivalent combination of experience and/or training

This position serves as engineering and capital projects support for all Tuboscope coating facilities worldwide. The desired candidate must have a combination of manufacturing engineering and field project management experience. This position will oversee the design, organization, scheduling, cost control, and field implementation of multiple capital projects. Projects typically consist of process improvements, building renovations, and equipment refurbishment and installation for all NOV Tuboscope Manufacturing Facilities worldwide. Projects are assigned by the Manager of Coating Engineering.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual development, design, and implementation of complex, large-scale manufacturing equipment projects and oversee the organization, scheduling, cost control, and implementation.
- Develop Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies. Coordinate with drafting and design groups to create process layouts, facility layouts, and equipment layouts.
- Additional FEED responsibilities may include conducting feasibility studies, conducting permitting studies, and ensuring conformity to governmental codes such as OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local/state permitting codes.
- Optimize and standardize processes and equipment improvements for each stage coating application operations. Need to identify and improve workflow inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and maintenance challenges on existing equipment.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to develop project execution plan.
- Create project Scope of Work and generate formal RFQs (Request for Quotation) for issuance to 3rd party contractors. Create Bill of Quantities and assembly packages for all internally manufactured equipment.
- Create project timeline and monitor progress utilizing Microsoft Project (or equivalent project tracking software). Prepare and present project updates to Senior Management Team.
- Develop the project budget and identify key risk factors.
- Oversee the design and procurement phase, evaluate equipment suppliers and contractor bids, and provide final recommendations for 3rd party procurement of equipment and services.
- Willingness to provide onsite and indirect management of various contractors during installation and commissioning phase in a Coating Plant environment.
- Provide hands-on operational field support to all manufacturing facilities including technical based troubleshooting of equipment, modifications of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment.
- Participate in and perform HSE requirements such as Risk Assessments, JHAs, Management of Changes (MOCs), and local plant HSE requirements.
- Be alert to safety hazards in the field and be willing/capable of performing hands on tasks. This includes hands-on equipment construction, modification, and installation within an NOV Tuboscope Facility.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline or other Technical Degree.

+ Inspect finished products for conformity to specifications using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
+ Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines to ensure proper functionality.
+ Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality checks.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience operating fabricating machinery or related equipment preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Basic math skills and proficiency with measuring tools.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
+ Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
