Position Summary: The HSES Environmental Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of environmental programs across the company's diverse operations. This role ensures the company's compliance with all environmental regulations, drives sustainability initiatives, and leads continuous improvement in environmental performance. The Program Manager works with all departments at the KAI sites and personnel to help create, modify and improve systems, processes, procedures. The Program Manager will supervise and mentor a team of environmental specialists collectively responsible for supporting operational units in achieving environmental compliance and excellence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement environmental strategies, policies, and programs across multiple domestic locations to ensure compliance with local, , and internal environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, TCEQ). Develop, lead, and participate in corporate-level environmental initiatives focused on reducing the company's energy usage, waste , and water usage. Identify opportunities for waste minimization, pollution prevention, and resource efficiency improvements. Monitor, track, and report environmental performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement and driving sustainability goals. Reporting information to agencies and internal domestic and international customers as requested. Develop the annual budget for the group and monitors costs. Conduct audits and inspections across KAI sites, ensuring corrective actions are identified and implemented. Oversee and manage a team of Environmental Specialists across multiple sites, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and career development. Assign responsibilities to the team and ensure consistent application of corporate environmental programs. Review and approve environmental assessments, reports, and audits prepared by team members. Develop risk management strategies related to environmental impacts, including emergency response planning for chemical spills, hazardous waste, and air emissions. Lead incident investigations related to environmental non-compliance or unplanned events, ensuring root causes are identified and preventive actions implemented. Collaborate with the Health & Safety teams to integrate environmental emergency protocols into the company's broader emergency response framework. Develop and deliver environmental training programs for employees at all levels of the organization. Communicate environmental goals, initiatives, and program updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership. Lead initiatives with Kuraray Group companies to share best practices and implement common systems. Participate with external trade associations to influence and stay abreast of changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering, Safety or Environmental discipline with 10 years of related experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading people or projects in a supervisory or lead role. Experience implementing HSE principles, concepts, theories and practices across a multi-site chemical manufacturing facility. Strong people management skills Ability to use influencing skills rather than authority to achieve targets. This position works with the Senior Director, Gulf Coast Environmental Business to support management of the Gulf Coast environmental compliance programs, focusing primarily on environmental data and reporting, regulatory compliance, obtaining project related permits, renewal of existing permits, and managing special projects.

+ Perform construction, modification, and major maintenance reviews on projects at existing power plants, including New Source Review determinations.
+ Evaluate test reports, analytical data, and procedures for compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, approved test methods, and NRG environmental standards.
+ Coordinate and/or conduct quality assurance reviews of the emissions and analyzer performance data collected by the Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems and monitoring plan updates.

+ Ability to develop expertise in various data acquisition and handling software systems; including development of data trends and other statistical analysis.

**THE ROLE:** The Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer will develop and execute test strategies and plans for determining regulatory compliance of components, products, and systems. + Work closely with diverse Marketing and Research and Development teams to determine applicable country-specific industry standards and legal requirements for regulatory compliance of a wide variety of AC and DC powered electro-mechanical products and radio transceivers.
+ Provide required regulatory compliance requirements for MRD/PRD documents as it pertains to the counties the product will be deployed in.
+ Assignments may include performing radio / RF characterization, antenna pattern studies, Wireless communications testing, Carrier Network, PTCRB, EMC/EMI analysis and testing, participating in design analysis, and obtaining domestic and global product approval certifications.
+ Internal and Third-Party Lab coordination and testing to achieve international product / system compliance.
+ Create detailed product test plans that cover all aspects of the regulatory compliance test effort for the countries in which the product will be deployed.
+ Perform testing, analyze test data, review third-party test results and author clear and comprehensive compliance test reports following internal testing efforts.
+ Provide technical guidance on regulatory impacts and requirements during all phases of product life from requirements development to component and sub-assembly revisions of released products (including Engineering Change Notice review and approval).
+ A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ BS Degree (Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering) or equivalent (combination of associate's degree / military training and relevant work experience).
+ Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer with 10 to 15 years of experience.
+ Related (EMC/EMI) test set ups and verification work experience preferred.
+ Senior level mitigation experience and knowledge for resolving non-compliance challenges.

We have an immediate opening for a Consumer Finance Regulatory/Compliance Associate with four to six years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will have experience working with financial institutions and consumer lenders, navigating and developing compliance policies and procedures and disclosures, and advising clients on the various applicable statutes and regulations as they apply to their business. Familiarity with the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA), TILA-RESPA Disclosures Rule (TRID), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and state consumer protection laws is essential. Recent law firm experience is preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our national Consumer Financial Services Practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and much more.
Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Chicago, Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC only is $225,000 - $60,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.

+ Extensive experience on researching, presenting and documenting is required,
+ Experience with Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace is required.
+ Medical coding experience is highly preferred.
