Akkodis is seeking a Customer Support Specialist with a client in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. The candidate selected will ideally have 1-3+ years of applicable experience.
CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Top medical device company
JOB TITLE: Customer Support Specialist
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract (1 year minimum - likely to convert to FTE)
COMPENSATION: Rate will be targeted at $25.00/hr W2
W2 only/No C2C
LOCATION DETAILS: Local MPLS candidates that CAN come in the office for training or group events - but role is 95% remote. Hours will be M-F 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Project Scope/Day to Day/Responsibilities
- Can have 5-10 calls a day and 5-10 emails a day
- Deal with pressing issues
- Main issue will be systems broken, systems down
- Maintaining open and closing tickets in Salesforce
- Help try to troubleshoot any issues and field
- Connecting with the right person regarding what type of issues
- Creating sales orders with parts
- Someone that can be helpful, great with customers, and strong organizational skills
Nice to haves
- SAP is a plus
- Regulated environments
- Medical device experience
