ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE
Experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

- Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
As a General Merchandise Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, which include asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
- Be knowledgeable of GM areas to ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock and accurately signed and priced for guests
- Acknowledge guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption; partner with leadership to prioritize daily workload based on business and guest needs
- Ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately for GM categories and be knowledgeable of products in the ad
- Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom and signing processes for GM areas
- Execute processes including pricing, presentation sets, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas
- Understand how operational procedures, like planogram (POG) ties, product capacities and salesfloor quantities impact shortage, profitability, in store replenishment and inventory accuracy
- Operate power equipment only if certified
- Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties, such as federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
- All other duties based on business needs

**Shift Hours:** Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Variable) - On-call as needed
**General Summary:**
The role of the Manager, Inventory Control Center is to be responsible for the Inventory Control Center operations on all shifts. This position will also be responsible for supervising up to eleven associates. In addition, they will oversee the direction, coordination, and evaluation of Inventory Control workflows. Evaluate workflow trends and inform the management team of potential risks, issues arising and concerns regarding inventory control processes. Partner with management to develop action plans that promote inventory accuracy through continuous process improvements, foster best practices and achieve the Distribution Center and Dollar Tree initiatives and goals. The Inventory Control Center Manager will carry out management responsibilities including planning, project management, hiring and staff development. This position is responsible for embracing Dollar Tree's store-centric commitment to customers, customer service and sales.
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities:**
Ensure compliance with established Distribution Center policies and procedures.
Oversee the allocations and SKU slotting processes to optimize productivity and store support.
Analyze and act on reports measuring the effectiveness of the Distribution Center.
Coordinate communication with Store Support Center, Stores and Distribution Center Management to provide timely solutions to inventory issues.
Periodically audit department processes to include Receiving, Storage, Equipment, Shipping, and Order Selection.
Direct the scheduling and ensure performance of inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
Determine the plan for the storage of all inventory product using WMS driven data and statistical reports to maximize pick and reserve location productivity.
Manage inventory damages and process returns in a timely and effective manner.
Provide necessary leadership to ensure the Distribution Center compliance to quality requirements.
Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with IT and operations to optimize processes and resolve IT related issues.
Supervise completion of tasks assigned by the SSC.

**Position Requirements:**
Must be able to continuously walk the Distribution Center for an extended period of time
Must be able to lift or move up to 60 lbs
Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts
Less than 10% overnight travel
**Minimum Requirements:**
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience (5 to 7 years at a management level)
Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience and inventory control management experience in an automated WMS distribution Center. Excellent analytical, project management, verbal and written communication skills.

Position Summary:The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all software systems, IT designs, and medical readiness solutions delivered under the TMIP and OpMed application suites meet quality and safety standards. This position supports system testing, verification, validation, and continuous improvement in accordance with DoD healthcare and cybersecurity requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform end-to-end quality assurance across system development and sustainment lifecycle using CMMI Level 3 and IEEE 12207 standards.
+ Test and evaluate software applications, networks, and system configurations in pre-deployment and operational settings.
+ Support integration testing, automated test script development, and validation in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.
+ Conduct Section 508, security, usability, and performance testing; document and resolve defects.
+ Participate in Defect Review Boards and provide recommendations for defect resolution.
+ Maintain quality standards in accordance with DoD risk management, cybersecurity, and medical system guidelines.
+ Coordinate with engineering and program teams to validate technical accuracy of deliverables.
+ Support Configuration Management to ensure product baselines meet design specifications.

+ Experience: 5 years solving technical problems with 3 years in IT design related to cybersecurity, information assurance, or medical data systems
+ Tools: Familiarity with CAD, material specs, and fabrication methods
Quality Control Specialist III (Software Focus) (SQC3):
+ Education: High School diploma/GED, military, or trade/technical school
+ Experience: 5 years technical experience with 3 years in software development/testing and 2 years in defense health systems
Quality Control Specialist IV (IT Design) (SQC4):
+ Education: High School diploma/GED, military, or trade/technical school
+ Experience: 10 years technical experience with 5 years in IT design and 3 years in support of defense health systems
Quality Control Specialist IV (Software Focus) (SQC4):

Summary:
Provides assistance to onsite management for quality assurance, safety requirements and other needs as requested. Provides project QA inspections and testing as needed. Inspects and monitors work performed on government and commercial work items, specializing in Hull, Mechanical and Electrical Inspections for Quality compliance. Directly reports to local QA Supervisor.
Duties & Responsibilities :
