Acting in the role of Owner’s Agent, the Project Director is responsible for supervising project management and construction management teams in all project phases, including studies, programming and planning, preconstruction services, design, procurements, construction, and closeout. The Program Director is the team leader, and the individual responsible from initiation through completion of construction. The Program Director is responsible for staff mentoring, project management processes and methods, stakeholder communications, coordination and conflict resolution to ensure project goals are consistently met.
The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, organizational and team building skills, as well as a working knowledge of project controls, quality assurance, risk management, budget management, time management, and strong client service skills. The Program Director must be a strategic communicator, an adaptable team-player, with strong presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills, plus a solid understanding of the tasks and skills provided by the team members they supervise. Night meeting may be required.
Program Director Required Qualifications:
- 10+ Years experience in a Project Management role managing commercial and public sector projects of buildings ranging in costs of $20 Million to $00 Million. Managing projects from initiation through completion of construction, and responsible for leading meetings with owner, architects and as well as providing leadership role in client relations, directing and mentoring on-site staff.
- 5+ years working with a preconstruction team to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, value engineering and costing).
- 3+ years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget-conscious, and complete documents on schedule.
- 10+ years of experience reading and understanding construction plans, drawings and technical specifications, and the implementation of project delivery strategies in a Project Work Plan.
- Experience with K-12 Projects in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated ability to target and pursue additional business with existing clients, and develop new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent and 10 years of industry experience, /or equivalent industry experience of 20 years.

Medication Administration
Provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
Review, read, notate, and initial the electronic health record to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse.
Administer, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).
Ensure that medications are passed according to times utilizing a mobile medication cart.
Document and initial as medications are given and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed for refusal or missed doses.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident information including resident medication among other residents.
Report all resident concerns and unavailable medication while administering the medication to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
Restock medication cart after all medication passes.
Assist in checking medication regardless of packaging system.
Assess the residents to determine need for "as needed medication" and appropriately document and report to supervisor.
Count all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager (MCM) or Lead Care Manager (LCM) each shift and report discrepancies to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
Maintain and clean the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.
Follow re-fill process for medications.
Help residents maintain independence and promote dignity and physical safety of each resident adhering to the Sunrise Principles of Service.
Strive to understand and respond to each resident with empathy, always remaining mindful of the resident's unique communication patterns, history, and basic human needs.
Practice routinely good standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
Audit medication carts.
Resident Care
Notify RCD of any resident and/or family concerns.
Attend and actively participates in daily Cross Over meetings facilitated by the LCM.
Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by RCD.
Participate in the development of the Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
Transcribe orders.
Risk Management and General Safety
Partner with community team to ensure community is in compliance with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies, and adhering to safety rules and regulations.
Practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
Report all accidents/incidents immediately.
Report all unsafe and hazardous conditions/equipment immediately.
- Ensure any cords, carts, equipment, and other hazards are always kept out of the way, not blocking exits, and in compliance with fire codes.
Comply with all infection control techniques, placement of bio-hazard containers, removal techniques, procedures, and policies.
Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of, and the possibility of exposure to, blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks, and hazardous materials.
Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, sharp sticks and hazardous chemicals immediately.
Ensure oxygen tanks are stored safely, exchange guest/resident's tanks when empty, and monitor to make sure liters of oxygen are at prescribed levels.
Training and Contributing to Team Success
Participate as a member of a team and commit to working toward team goals.
Demonstrate in daily interactions with others, our Team Member Credo.
Commit to serving our residents and guests through our Principles of Service.
Contribute to the overall engagement programs and processes (customer and team member engagement) including participating in the team member engagement survey and engagement improvement planning workshops.

Sodexo is looking to hire an Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 2 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Needham (BID Needham), located in Needham, MA. This hospital has served residents in Needham, Newton, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Sherborn, Wellesley, Westwood and other surrounding communities for more than 100 years. This manager will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of 32 housekeeping staff on 1st shift primarily M-F with occasional weekends and holidays.
BID Needham has a direct affiliation with Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, facilitating the clinical integration of staff and resources in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, digestive health, cardiology, radiology, orthopedics, pathology, as well as many surgical services and oncology housed in the Beth Israel Deaconess Cancer Center and Surgical Pavilion.

What You'll Do:- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or

What You Bring:- have experience leading and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a healthcare housekeeping system;
- have experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a healthcare environment is preferred;
- possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
- can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading hospital committees and change management;
- have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;

Managers In Training will learn how to successfully manage the day to day responsibilities of running an EG America convenience store location from our finest leaders. You can expect to spend time with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager during your training, working various shifts to learn about our company, our retail team, our vendors and our guests. This role supports the Store Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.
Training Process:
During official training weeks, Managers In Training work alongside Training Managers, gaining insight and best practices for managing a convenience store location. During supervisory weeks (in between training weeks) Managers In Training work a variety of shifts, alongside team members, putting their leadership training to practice. After training, Managers In Training become part of our bench leadership team, helping to fill in during absences until assigned to their own store.

What you’ll do:
- Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile! After all, we are known for delivering exceptional Customer Service!
- Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members. Act as a leader within the team by setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and others accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively.
- Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full. Our guests’ count on us to be 100% in-stock at all times.
- Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
- We love to keep a clean store. We work as a team to maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior of the store. Ensuring that the coffee station is clean and stocked; the food service area is spotless and the bathrooms are sparkling clean! You will help by delegating and completing these tasks as necessary.
- Operate the cash register in an efficient manner
- In locations that offer hot food - Assist the Store Manager by overseeing quality control, merchandising, safety programs and other guidelines in place for successful food service operation. Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the Store Manager or District Manager.

Minimum Education: High School or GED
Preferred Education:

Soft Skills:

Scheduling: This position is full-time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as EG America locations can be open 24 hours depending on the store. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.

Travel: 5%. Ability to deliver deposits to the bank independently (where applicable) and have own vehicle to do so.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp and grip and work in cooler (cold temperatures). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
