The role of the Warehouse Associate/Customer Loadout Associate is to safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from customers and provide excellent customer service while doing so. The Customer Loadout Associate will drive sales profitably by being part of the supply chain efforts in delivering what our customers want and when they want it. Making you eligible for the best distribution/warehouse earning package in the area.

Customer Loadout Associates start at $17.50/Hr with $/Hr Afternoon Premium and 2/Hr Weekend Premium added on to your base pay rate.

We pay every Friday.

70 hours of sick pay annually

40-80 hours of vacation annually

2 personal days each year

Job Requirements
  • Ability to safely operate a company-approved safety knife.
  • Able to adhere to the AFW asset protection policies and identify and prevent fraud.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to perform the correct lifting/team lifting techniques.
  • Ability to operate and use a hand truck.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Ability to manually manipulate furniture and merchandise to and from trucks, racking, containers, forklifts, and vehicles.

  • Able to work a radio frequency (RF) scanner.

  • Able to safely and efficiently remove sold merchandise from the show floor and prepare for load out.
  • Ability to assist other departments when business permits.
  • Initiative to work in a physically demanding, fast pace environment for an extended period.
  • Able to have a flexible schedule and work all shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements:
  • Requires the ability to maneuver in confined and at times congested areas.
  • Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, & bend for 8 hours or more daily.
  • Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
  • Requires lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of merchandise up to 100 lbs. frequently and the ability to handle/manipulate up to 250 lbs. frequently.
  • The Customer Loadout position requires lifting, griping, bending, kneeling, stooping, and moving merchandise 8 hours or more daily.

**Systems Supply Chain Analyst**
Broadcom's Fort Collins Colorado semiconductor operation is looking for the right person to join our Factory Business Control team in the role of a Systems Supply Chain Analyst. This on site position is an integral support function within the Wireless Semiconductor Division's planning efforts supporting NPI, Production and various engineering efforts targeted to win and maintain business.

**Nature of Duties/Responsibilities**
+ Act as the point of contact and primary resolution for any Oracle ERP issues or improvements to provide correct and efficient financial costing of products produced within the WSD FTC Mfg. site.
+ Maintains Oracle ERP Internal Requisitions and Internal Sales Orders to ensure effective, uninterrupted shipment of production material from the FTC WSD Mfg. facilities to approved Contract Manufacturers.
+ Monitors and executes Lid Lot starts to ensure the consistent and timely flow of manufacturing lots.
+ Perform quarterly E&O activities to include reporting of E&O material within the WSD Fort Collins site.
+ Reviews the monthly WSD Production Forecast for data accuracy and validity.
+ Works both cross functionally and cross geographically to support and implement Planning initiatives to drive improvements and efficiency.
+ Provides back-up support to other members of the FBC Team, specifically NPI and Production planning activities.
+ Maintains several FTC Internal business systems in support of NPI, Engineering, and Production.
+ Generates daily/weekly/monthly reports to communicate Wafer Fab KPI's to various stakeholders.
+ Leads and/or attends various meetings as needed to support site initiatives within and outside of FBC objectives
+ Leads and/or participates in various improvement projects related to FBC group and WSD Manufacturing.
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned by management team.
Successful candidates will have a stable work history of sustained analytics, planning proficiency, teamwork, and professional growth.
**Job Requirement:**
+ 8+ years of production planning & and/or related experience
+ Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the semiconductor industry
+ Bachelor's degree required, Business or Industrial Engineering preferred.
+ Strong Knowledge, understanding and practice of MRP principles.
+ Excellent teamwork, communication, problem solving, customer service, and influencing skills.
+ Advanced level of experience in Excel.

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead, manage, and sustain technical implementation programs, with an emphasis on streamlining workflows and building automation.

+ Manage the mapping of AE's supply Chain using a SaaS subscription tool and working cross-functionally with Trade & Compliance, Global Commodity Management, and other teams as needed.
+ Be the on-going contract administrator for Supply Chain and can guide Commodity Managers with insights derived from the CLM tool to better prepare for contract negotiations with suppliers.
+ Build consensus and alignment across different business models and stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with Enterprise SaaS subscriptions with Global Commodity Management and other Supply Chain groups to develop End-to-End go forward solutions and related roadmap and architecture tools that integrate across the company, to address the business priorities.
+ Create, document, and communicate the process of new initiatives or programs globally.
+ Regularly report project/program status; develop metrics, change management, and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT:**

+ Leads international project teams across multiple time zones.
+ Interfaces with internal customers in all functional areas and at all levels in the organization.

+ Automation & SaaS Tools with End-to-end Supply Chain transformational solutions experience across technology stacks.
+ Prefer Supply Chain, operations, or production facilities management experience at a global level.
+ Familiar with electronics, medical, and/or semiconductor manufacturing, in a Technology company a plus.
**EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or similar
+ Certification in APICS CPIM, CIRM and other relevant professional certifications is preferred.
**COMPENSATION:**
_As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $95,000 to $145,000 per year._
