In this dynamic and hands-on leadership position, we seek a data-driven professional proficient in marketing science, experimentation, and measurement. You will lead impactful performance marketing initiatives focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing, while also expanding into emerging media channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies.
- Designing and guiding rapid experimentation roadmaps.
- Overseeing customer data platform initiatives.
- Managing email and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Leading digital media agency partnerships.
- Building and nurturing a high-performing internal performance marketing team.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in performance marketing.
- A proven track record in paid digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Deep knowledge of media platforms and emerging digital formats.
- Experience with customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing automation.
- A background in a high-growth startup environment.
- The capability to manage both agencies and internal teams to achieve key performance indicators.
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a knack for influencing cross-functional partners.
Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry, particularly within the vacation rental sector, is highly desirable.
