**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
+ Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
+ Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
+ Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
+ Participate in the TTI Training Program and implement all acquired skills to deliver results.
+ Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
+ Professionally communicate with all peers, customers, and management.
+ Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
+ Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
+ Maintain store and product aesthetic through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion.
+ Down stock product and monitor / maintain inventory levels to ensure availability for sales.
+ Participate in small to large scale resets and merchandising installations to update or expand our brand presence in stores.
+ Sell directly to our customers in the retail environment.

In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.
**Job / Employment Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales or customer service required.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
+ Must have a valid United States driver's license in your state of residence with at least one full year of driving experience.
+ Ability to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
+ Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
+ Position requires travel to / from assigned store location(s) as well as travel to meetings, projects, events, etc.
+ Employee will also be required to transport a small amount of company property (demo tools, tool kit, supplies).
+ Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
+ Ability to work nights and weekends - Weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.
+ Ability to work in a retail environment full time.
+ Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks
+ Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions
+ Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
+ Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.
+ Capable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools and build displays.
+ Applicant must be MS Office proficient.
+ Applicant should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
+ Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible)
+ Starting between $24.04 and $5.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of 50,000 - 54,000
+ Sales Contests and Incentives to Earn Additional Income (In Correlation with Business Needs / Focuses)
+ Vehicle Allowance of 400/month equating to a target of 4800/year
+ Company Smart Phone

Located in Rochester, NH, Intec Automation is part of the Barry-Wehmiller Group. Our highly experienced Engineers and Machine Builders have provided automated turnkey solutions for major companies across different industries. Intec Automation is growing and, as a result, is looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover part of the East Coast, as well as the Mid-West.

The Business Development / Sales Manager will support Intec Automation in creating demand, developing winning sales strategies, and driving revenue growth of assembly solutions. Through execution of the Sales & Marketing business plan you will work closely with new and existing customers, Intec leadership, applications engineering, project management and other staff to deliver solutions for customers that support the growth of your assigned area. The position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and be responsible for the following job duties.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain a territory coverage plan that allows for key account development and prospecting of new customers.
  • Call and visit customers regularly to establish an active pipeline within our CRM that supports the achievement of sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed annual assigned sales targets.
  • Develop the installed base within the assigned geography for additional sales opportunities & aftermarket sales that are supported by the service sales group.
  • Understand customer needs and translate needs into solutions. Work directly with the applications engineering team to develop concepts, establish project costs and write formal proposals.
  • Review and assess customer supplied URS documents to confirm compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Ensure proposals achieve user requirements, add value to the customer experience and mitigate risks to Intec Automation.
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with internal customers (sales, project management, engineering & operations).
  • Participate and contribute to the success of trade shows and exhibitions as required.
  • Support customer visits at Intec Automation where required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your immediate manager or member of the leadership team.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive a level of sales opportunities that support achieving territory revenue goals.
  • Experience selling equipment to the Medical Device and Life Sciences Industries.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships at multiple levels and through multiple channels within an account.
  • Displays a high degree of confidence and comfort in representing complex technical solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and able to work independently.

Education, Training, Professional Certifications, and Work Experience:

  • BA / BS degree, preferable in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years sales experience selling technical engineered custom products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications.
  • Formal sales training is a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent travel is required including overnight travel pending location.
  • The position will require time standing, sitting, walking, reaching, talking and hearing. Limited weightlifting can be expected but not expected to exceed 30 lbs.
  • Position is a field sales and business develop role and work may be required in a variety of environments.
