**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** is looking for an experienced and highly skilled **HR Compensation Analyst** to join our dynamic team. Working as a key member of the Global Reward function, the HR Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting on the full breadth of compensation activities, including the annual remuneration cycle. The role will be responsible for reward data manipulation and analysis and having a focus on continuous process improvement. Collaborating with the wider HR team to deliver these critical processes smoothly is key to the role's success. **Strong excel / macros experience is required.**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyzing internal data and market surveys to identify trends and gaps in compensation and benefits offerings.
+ Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
+ Supporting the development and implementation of new compensation programs.
+ Participating in salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.

**Qualifications**

+ **Strong data analytics is required, with the ability to present findings to internal business stakeholders.**

**Additional Information**
**The salary range for this full-time role is** **$80K-$105K** **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. In this onsite client-facing role, the HR Business Partner leverages business group knowledge to identify and implement HR related improvement opportunities across the business. Additionally, s/he will partner with the HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Zoetis Colleague Services team (ZCS) to assess the delivery of HR programs and services to ensure the needs of the organization and the business are being met.
