**Job Description**
The **Senior Director of Business Strategy & Operations** for Gilead Medical Affairs will drive short and long terms department initiatives and annual goals in innovation, improving efficiency, and collaboration. This newly created role will specifically take the lead on driving execution and overseeing successful implementation and execution of Project MAestro initiatives across the MA organization as well as Medical Affairs organization-wide annual goals. Must understand key drivers of success in sector and have a point of view on these as it pertains to Gilead. Must be familiar with emerging technologies and strategic themes in industry (digital health, AI)
+ Gilead knowledge. Must understand our portfolio (Clinical Development, and Commercial) as well as historical context of company moves. Must have understanding and knowledge of current Therapeutic Areas.

The salary range for this position is: $243,100.00 - $314,600.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
