Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of structural steel components throughout the fabrication process to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

Our client, a leader in the aerospace manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to join their esteemed team in **Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US**. This critical role involves ensuring the meticulous adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process of complex aerospace components. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, precision measuring instruments, and industry-specific certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products using a variety of precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs, optical comparators).
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and quality standards to verify compliance.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products or processes, and initiate corrective actions.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

• Experience with various inspection tools and techniques, including CMM operation.
• Thorough understanding of quality management systems, particularly AS9100.
