Lockheed Martin Space seeks an Integrated Program Planner V to join our mission on the FBM program. As our Senior Staff Planner, you will be part of a group of Program Planners assigned to the Life Extension 2 program, the future of the FBM program.This is a growing team of Planners who will continue to develop and manage technical, discrete projects to help the Navy reach its goals. You will help support various aspects of EVM compliance including audits, data-driven metrics, and CDRL deliverables. This role will involve extensive interaction with internal and external customers including Program Management, Finance, Project Management, Proposal Management, and the Navy. This is an exciting time to join as Life Extension 2 is still in the early stages of the program.
**In this role, you will..**
- Be responsible for the end-to-end life-cycle of
planning and schedule management
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and
external customer communication and status.
- Be responsible for oversight of performance to
program budgets and communicating necessary
adjustments to responsible Cost Account
Managers
- Participate in estimating future resource
requirements for staffing profiles or proposals.
Performs time-phased analyses, critical path
verification and schedule risk assessments to

Key Accountabilities:

  • Development and management of resource loaded schedules.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • A four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Electrical/Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Project Management.
  • Minimum five (5) years of P6 scheduling experience with a preference given for experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Power Generation, or Industrial Electrical experience.
  • PMI-SP or PSP Certification required (or the ability to sit for and pass the exam within 6 months of hire date).

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of CPM Scheduling practices.
  • Expert P6 knowledge.
  • Development and management of resource loaded schedules.
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with professionalism with a variety of stakeholders: Field Personnel, Operations, Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Clients.

The ER&R/1095-A project is seeking an outgoing, organized, eager, and proactive individual to fill a remote Project Coordinator role within the project PMG team. The candidate will assist the PMs with organizing and controlling project activities. The Project Coordinator role is a non-supervisory role but will be responsible for leading and coordinating members of the project team to accomplish assigned tasks and project deliverables in a timely manner. Support will often be provided in the form of collecting and documenting status updates of project schedule tasks and actions, maintaining files or tools which track appropriate project information or performance data, preparing or revising reports and presentations, and maintaining an organized repository of project information.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop familiarity of Project Management methodologies and of contract stipulations and requirements.
+ Become knowledgeable of the ER&R/1095-A project and CMS policies and standards.

**Required minimum qualifications:**
