Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

Position Responsibilities

  • Review and revise production and fulfillment plans as required by changes in the sales forecast or manufacturing schedules

  • Continuously review the sales forecast, analyzes production plans and inventory reports, availability / requirements for long lead time items to provide production guidance to the manufacturing sites.
  • Generate a receipts plan to the 3PL partners to support warehouse capacity and resource planning.
  • Assist in the expediting finished goods, when necessary, to support customer order fulfillment.
  • Recommend and implement production and transportation actions when products are in out-of-stock or allocation situations.
  • Aid management/departments on matters related to production or fulfillment planning and forecasting.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $81,750 to $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze data, formulate clear proposals, and present them effectively to all stakeholders to gain buy-in.
+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.

**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Supply Chain Technician is responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. The Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
+ Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position
+ Place safety stock in proper location
+ Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)
+ Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate
+ Review Min/Max for storeroom safety stock daily and place orders appropriately
+ Count par level areas (POU areas) weekly according to schedule
+ Ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
+ Perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy
+ Rotate stock in POU areas and backup storeroom areas to ensure no items are out of date
+ Check after-hour logs for charges and determine how to avoid reoccurrence
+ React appropriately to POU "critical point" messages and stock outs
+ Process all "returns to vendor" or "returns to backup stock" appropriately
+ Provide assistance to the POU Station personnel as well as provide assistance with problems, questions and concerns at the nurses stations
