What will you be doing?

  • Develop and execute business plans with defined target accounts to achieve sales targets by promoting Smith+Nephew's revolutionary Post-Acute Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) brand, RENASYS EDGE

  • Build relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders by educating them about the clinical and service benefits of partnering with Smith+Nephew with RENASYS EDGE

  • Become an expert at using data to make decisions by deriving insights from our resources regarding NPWT use in your territory. Use those insights to drive your activity and then document that activity and progress within our CRM

  • Use the world class training that Smith+Nephew will provide you to master the Wound Care Center and Private Office segments of our business as you build out your territory with the eventual progression into the hospital space

  • Conduct proper target account reach/frequency and make necessary adjustments to your business plan as your business develops

  • Use your organizational, route planning and calendar management skills to execute a business plan across multiple sites of care and to coordinate availability of products for hospital outpatient departments, case management and private offices. Whenever possible, rely upon scheduled customer meetings to maximize your time and relationship building

  • Penetrate and maneuver through target accounts to gain market share by providing excellent service, value, product education and most importantly, by building trust with our customers

  • Collaborate with all members of the Advanced Wound Device division and cross-functionally across AWM divisions to provide value to our customers and to leverage the strength of the Smith+Nephew AWM portfolio. Teamwork and communication are foundational pillars as part of our culture of Care, Courage and Collaboration

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Documented success in B2B sales is preferred

  • Ability to obtain necessary vendor credentialing

  • Documented success cold calling, building a new book of business, onboarding new accounts and providing excellent customer service

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $0,000 - 60,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. *Compensation*: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of$97,400-$146,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Assists Facilities Design and Construction team with the execution of building renovations and new construction. Assists Project Managers on assigned renovation and construction projects. Manages specific projects assigned by Director of Design and Construction. Reviews project costs and reports budget variances to project manager. Reviews cost proposals for change order work to evaluate accuracy and fairness of pricing. Evaluates competitive bids to identify best value bidder. Prepares and executes Interim Life Safety Plans and Infection Control Risk Assessments. Prepares scopes of services for the accusation of purchase orders and contracts. Verifies contractor and vendor compliance with contract terms. Works in collaboration with the UF Health Manager of Quality and Preventive Maintenance for inventorying and establishing preventative maintenance measures for new equipment and building components installed or purchased under construction projects. Coordinates training of owner staff on new systems and equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

B.S. in Building Construction or Construction Management and three years minimum experience in commercial construction. Eight years commercial construction can substitute for degree. Experience in healthcare construction is preferred. Must have experience in commercial construction and general knowledge of all phases of commercial construction and building codes, including Florida Building Code and NFPA standards. Knowledge of codes and standards specific to healthcare construction preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling software is also preferred.
