Industrial Coatings Estimator Experience Required . Position Summary : This role is responsible for cultivating sales from new and existing customers using a disciplined process for qualifying and selling, and subject matter expertise for estimating and bidding. The acquisition of new accounts is achieved by using professional standards in running leads generated by Marketing, as well as self-generated leads from networking, trade show follow up, and other business development activities. Position Qualifications: INDUSTRIAL Coatings Experience Minimum of 2 years of successful business to business sales experience or construction estimating experience with a proven track record of achievement Ability to understand and present products and services Must be skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships Experience with estimating software and other technologies as necessary Experience with CRM systems Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service Other company advantages include: Solid Family Atmosphere Professional Growth Opportunities Work Hard/Play Hard Environment Paid Time Off Vehicle & Phone Allowance Salary based on experience Interested?
