JOB SUMMARY
This role involves the safe and efficient delivery and pickup of containers to customer locations while fostering positive customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism to load and unload containers at customer sites.
- Conduct and document daily pre and post-trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift equipment.
- Flexibly accept additional delivery requests to align with business requirements.
- Utilize a company-issued handheld computer for delivery confirmation and navigation.
- Handle forklift and/or overhead crane operations as required.
- Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are visually appealing for customer delivery.
- Manage rental paperwork and payments with customers efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries or issues.
- Perform repairs of containers and lifts both in the field and at the storage center.
- Assist with storage center operations as necessary when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab, free from debris.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to Management, typically a Market Manager or Territory Manager.
- This position does not have direct managerial responsibilities over other employees.
PAY RANGE: 27.50 per hour

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
