BEACH BLVD. STEAMER here at ISLANDVIEW CASINO & RESORT is "One of Gulfport's most popular restaurants!" Open: Thursday - Sunday •5pm - 10pm
We are seeking a fast, friendly, and professional customer service oriented SERVE R to join our Team!
The Server guides the guest through all phases of dining, including order taking, maintaining tables and processing checks for payment. Provides fast, friendly and professional customer service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team. Responsible for greeting and making welcome each guest seated in any assigned station. Delivers prepared food to the appropriate guest within two minutes of completed production of order. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
Position Requirements
Must be 18 years of age with a High school diploma or GED. Must possess at least 1-2 years' previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or previous experience working in a customer service field.
