Staffmark is looking for a Material Handler to join a growing team in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment in Batavia. If you're detail-oriented and have experience in material handling or electromechanical assembly, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work.
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM
Friday | 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Receive and inventory incoming shipments
- Verify and document parts in the MRP system
- Stock and prep materials to meet customer specifications
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
- Pre-kit and package parts for SMT assemblies
- Load components into SMT feeders
- Work in a physically active environment involving sitting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of material handling or electromechanical/component counting (CC) equipment experience preferred
- Experience with component prepping and counting machines a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Training available for otherwise qualified candidates

Basic Qualifications:

+ If required to drive, for any reason, on behalf of the company, must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.

Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Pay Rate: $27.00 - 29.00/hour
4-month Contract role with possibility of extension
Location: ONSITE in Chicago, IL
Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CST
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily supply and inventory planning processes
- Monitor dashboards and flag key performance deviations
- Analyze data sets and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, operations, and analytics teams
- Prepare reports and communicate findings to senior leaders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in supply chain management, demand/supply planning, or related roles
- 5+ years of advanced Excel experience
- 4+ years of experience in inventory management/planning, operations, or retail
- Strong SQL skills (intermediate+)
- High proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Familiarity with enterprise supply chain tools like SAP or BlueYonder
