We offer customized pay packages to suit your lifestyle, eliminating the one-size-fits-all approach to driver compensation.

Pay Packages:

• Choose between two pay plans:
• .56 CPM base for all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses + benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus.
• Or, .66 CPM for all miles (we pay practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus.

Additional Pay Plan Benefits:

• Total pay includes accessorials such as layover, detention, and additional stops/pickups.
• Layover pay of $150 per night.
• Detention pay of $0 per hour starting one hour after appointment time.
• Holiday pay of 150 per holiday.
• Additional stops/pickups pay 25 each.

• Quarterly safety bonus of .03 CPM per billable mile (if qualified).

Job Duties:

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations with a reefer unit.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment.
• Hook/unhook trailers as needed.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Maintain accurate daily logs.
• Communicate with dispatch as required.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Comply with all applicable laws/regulations and company policies/procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory requirements under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier regulations.

With a variety of commodities and lane options, we offer you the flexibility to choose how you want to get paid: either by percentage or per mile (CPM)! Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with consistent freight, outstanding support, and maximized home time, enabling you to earn between $70,000 and $5,000 a year!
