QA Acceptance Inspector is responsible for maintaining daily management boards, conducting quality notification processes, and ensuring efficient communication and resolution of quality concerns, working under limited supervision.

The role handles delivery hold activities, coordinates daily tasks, and tracks departmental metrics to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The role contributes to the preparation of nonconforming material documentation for failed inspections or final release activities.

The role interacts closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and deviations, ensuring prompt and accurate documentation of quality issues. QA Acceptance Coordinator (Inspector) 40 KEY AREAS OF

Responsibilities

QA Acceptance Coordinator: Inspection Planning Creation Test Method Validation (TMV) assessment Follow assigned procedures and complete all training records. Perform incoming inspection and/or final release acceptance activities within warehouse. Creation of NCM records for failed acceptance activities Understand device history records and Bill of Materials (BOM) Partner with warehouse operations, SQ on resolving quality issues. Ensure quality system records (DHR, inspection, and other applicable records) are complete, accurate and comply with procedures. Completes Inspection planning tasks for incoming inspection documents. Meet departmental metrics: Incoming inspection to performance targets NCM/QN to performance targets Training completion to target

  • Responsible to meet departmental metrics. Manages daily management board data and may lead meetings.
  • Responsible to champion lean initiatives and continuous improvement. Escalates issues to direct manager.
  • Generates departmental metrics and reports to management. Completes work with a limited degree to no direct supervision.
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues for direct area of responsibility. Experience & Background

  • Able to complete set-up and inspections with a coordinate measuring machine and other inspection tools as necessary.
  • Test Method Validations (TMV) knowledge. Past measuring equipment experience.
  • First Article experience. SAP (MRP/ERP) experience desired.
  • Able to read and understand drawing requirements and tolerances.
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical device industry required.
  • Prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse related environment, required.
  • Basic understanding of CAPA, as well as global medical device regulations, requirements and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 803, 806, and 820, ISO13485, and EU MDR.

Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education.

Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Audit, Compliance Coordination or Warehouse Operations or equivalent. Duties And Responsibilities

  • CFT Qualified or equivalent industry experience.
  • Act as Safety Committee Representative for the campus or region.
  • Enforce EH&S Policies
  • Collaboration with Training Manager to ensure proper and timely training for all employees on newly deployed equipment or infrastructure.
  • Active drill facilitator for executing and critiquing site drills in coordination with Training Manager and senior site leadership.
  • Enforce Aligned standards associated with capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Aligned Runbook.
  • Provide oversight of all project turnover processes.
  • Provide oversight and drive completion of all project punch lists.
  • Provide procedure QA/QC for processes and procedures required for capital projects (MOPs and CRs)
  • Approval authority for Level 1 and Level 2 change requests as approved by the Facility Manager and site Operations Director.
  • Provide QA/QC support of all building systems and critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with data center environments including fire/life safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment.
  • Provide QA/QC plumbing support for installations, repair and maintenance of piping and associated equipment, and components located in the interior or exterior of the building
  • Conducts a routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations as it pertains to capital projects.
  • Performs tests, rounds, and analyzes data to assure the proper functioning of critical equipment prior to turnover to Operations.
  • Evaluate, assign, and monitor the safe work responsibilities and safety procedures capabilities of employees and contractors.
  • Maintain on-going communication with tenants, owners, and vendors concerning on-going capital projects.
  • Assist in updating and/or maintain as-built drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agencies and Aligneds directives as relates to capital projects.
  • Acts as a technical resource for CFTs, LCFTs, CFMTs, and SOTs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, other departments within Aligned, and contractors performing capital projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of increased responsibility and oversight of building systems and critical facilities equipment.
  • Professional licenses strongly preferred (electrical and mechanical licenses)
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
  • Ability to project manage effectively with all stakeholders towards a win-win resolution.
  • Ability to develop installation standards and project tracking/management documents.
  • Ability to effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints.
  • Ability to make effective presentations and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Requires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or clients.
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of applicable rules laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances in performing data/communications and MEP projects.

  • Work with State Agency Leads, Program Managers and designated UAT representatives to understand business requirements/processes and act as a liaison between State Agencies and State Vendors as needed (also, to work on cross-agency UAT as and when needed based on release scope mix).
  • Work closely with the project and development team to understand the project roadmap, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; thoroughly review requirements to develop UAT test prep schedule, applicable test plans and test cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Prepare the execution calendar and account/environment request.
  • Consolidate and review all scripts and scenarios to ensure they align with scope (BRDs/FDDs) and business processes.
  • Perform SQL queries as required to gather and validate data in support of UAT testing.
  • Review and manage test scripts and defects in JIRA and JAMA (logging tickets, testing, etc.).
  • Manage the defect identification and logging process.
  • Review issues identified by analysts.
  • Collaborate with both technical and business-oriented project team members to resolve defects and ensure the Quality Assurance effort is meeting expectations and on schedule.
  • Attend all UAT-related meetings; provide UAT status updates and report testing metrics to State UAT Manager
Required
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of UAT experience planning, preparing, and executing test cases
  • MUST HAVE prior experience testing with Health and Human Services systems, along with Program knowledge (SNAP/RIW/CCAP/LTSS/Medicaid)
  • Familiarity with Affordable Care Act (ACA)
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, testing strategies, and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with SQL queries and ability to Query Database as required; provide data to support testing of programs.
  • Preferred familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripts
  • Preferred experience using Selenium to Develop and execute tests through automations tools and support various software releases.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases.
  • Experience developing a schedule based on testing timelines.
  • Prior experience testing interfaces /Third party vendors
  • Ability to QA deliverables before they are submitted.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
