In this role, you will sell a diverse suite of products including Network Cabling, Data Center, and Network Hardware Solutions, while also managing all support functions essential to sales productivity. These include planning, reporting, customer/account management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales program adherence, and achieving revenue goals set by management. **Overview**
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS's business through influential leadership.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director.

+ The primary responsibility of a Sales Executive is to be in the field, engaging face to face with our agencies and partners. Visits should be planned in advance with specific topics and action items outlined and prepared prior to the in-person visit. An effective Sales Executive will evaluate data for their assigned territory in collaboration with their sales leader and focus their time and attention on the agencies and relationships that present the best opportunity for growth, behavior change or need for improvement. Travel outside an assigned territory may be required and at times may be frequent and extensive.
+ The Sales Executive should be proficient and capable of training agents on company underwriting guidelines, procedures, programs, websites and rating tools. Training sessions will be conducted one on one, in small group settings or in front of large audiences. The Account Executive is responsible for partnering with local clients, both on the agency level and direct, to create innovative and unique marketing and advertising solutions that target a client's demographics and products/services. The Account Executive role is a sales role focused on delivering quarterly results and meeting individual/team budget requirements.
+ Own, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies and advertisers through day-day interaction
+ Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in services of client goals and revenue attainment
+ Work at the national level with clients ranging in sizes (e.g., large holding companies, medium & small regional advertising, and regional clients)

+ Organize management of a business opportunity pipeline and sharp revenue forecasting
+ Properly manage multi-market role volume and engage key stakeholders appropriately
+ Effectively present sales proposal and sales pitches to internal and external clients
Basic Qualifications
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales and/or marketing roles with a successful track record of generating increased sales
+ Knowledge of media research and measurement products
+ Proven success selling non-linear AD solutions including OTT/CTV
+ Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule and be available some evening hours as needed for client events
+ Excellent computer skills with MS programs: Excel, PPT, Word and ability to create innovative presentation decks with expertise
+ Must be 18 years or greater
+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States
+ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from client meetings
+ Must be willing to work at the Fresno station
