Account Management is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) as it pertains to supply chain health and general service needs.
+ Actively manage relationships between the customer's supply chain team and internal Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service.
+ Pursue, initiate, oversee, and take accountability for driving key initiatives that deepen the customer relationships and drive value for both customer and Cardinal Health.
+ Identify, interpret, and manage customer expectations and requirements through proactive account review, issue resolution, and regular engagement and review of key initiatives.
+ Lead order disruption prevention efforts by partnering closely with customer to identify best courses of action and oversee Cardinal Health execution.
+ Lead resolution of complex or persistent order situations where escalation or unique solutions are required.
+ Review key performance indicators monthly and identify plans for optimization.
+ Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with customer to support retention and growth of the account

**What We're Looking For:**

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000 to $200,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for either our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance, or eligible for one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain sales roles only). An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
