JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking a seasoned analyst with extensive experience in observatory and monitoring software within an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and optimizing complex systems to ensure seamless operations and support our organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
-5-8+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on monitoring/observability.
-Proficiency in at least two of the following: Microsoft SCOM, Grafana, OpsView, Venafi, DynaTrace, or equivalent tools.
-Experience with monitoring automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.), and API integrations.
-Strong understanding of system performance, telemetry, and event management concepts.
-Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor staff in a collaborative team environment.
-Experience developing dashboards, alerts, and KPIs aligned to business or operational needs.
-Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and CMDB integration is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in a hybrid and/or air gapped domains.
-Background in infrastructure (servers, networking, storage) or DevOps/Observability domains
-Experience in monitoring SCADA systems or operational technology (OT) environments
-Exposure to enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and CMDB relationships

Performs complex problem management and configuration management related to IT infrastructure and support. May provide consultative support to less experienced staff.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for the Enterprise Monitoring team, guiding architectural decisions, standards, and best practices.

Lead efforts to design, implement, and optimize proactive monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, and services.

Drive improvements to alerting, event correlation, and dashboarding to support operational excellence.

Partner with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, application support, cybersecurity) to ensure visibility across all critical systems.

Manage complex problems which escalate beyond the status of incident. Coordinate the appropriate personnel to troubleshoot and resolve the problem

Responsible for solving highly technical problems on multiple projects and providing consultative support to internal staff. May act as mentor to less experienced employees

Perform root cause analysis on resolved problems. Design and develop appropriate monitoring or other proactive measures to prevent future occurrences

Mentor and support junior and mid-level monitoring specialists in technical growth and project execution.

Review configurations, dashboards, and automation developed by team members to ensure quality and consistency.

Lead knowledge-sharing efforts and create internal documentation and SOPs.

The Urologist is accountable to the Chief of Surgery, Urology is aligned under the Surgical Services Department and is responsible for managing the most effective urological care, to include urology. He/she participates in all aspects of the general urology program, including the following: provide urological outpatient care (invasive and noninvasive) to all scheduled and walk-in patients; inform patients (and/or guardians, caretakers, and family members when appropriate) of alternative treatment and diagnostic modes and the risks and benefits of each.
The Urologist will provide a pre-operative evaluation of each patient scheduled for elective or emergency surgery. Additionally, they are responsible for providing the patient with risks, benefits, and alternative treatments and obtaining informed consent from the patient or guardian before conducting invasive procedures. He/she is responsible for encouraging family members or guardians to be involved with the patients' care, performing invasive procedures such as cystoscopies (with intra-urethral topical anesthetic), vasectomies, circumcisions, infrared coagulation and/or excision of genital lesions, urethral meatotomies, and dorsal slits (with local anesthetic), and assuming total responsibility for all perioperative care for assigned patients.
The Staff Physicians may have teaching opportunities due to our association with Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (OSUCOM) and the Oklahoma University of Oklahoma College of Medicine (OUCOM) program.
Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday (you will be required to work evenings or weekends as a 24/7 full-time Physician). Work will be performed primarily in outpatient clinic and operating room, with inpatient call coverages.

Job Description
**The Administrative Assistant** will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Junction City branch office. This role includes managing daily office tasks, coordinating meetings, and maintaining clear and effective communication with staff, clients, and external contacts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
**Pay:** $21.63/hour

+ Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, handling mail, and greeting visitors.
+ Invoice Process: Prepare quotes before and after the fact, receive invoices from suppliers, process them for payments, maintain tracking systems to follow invoices thru the process.
+ New Hire orientation: Prepare folders, conduct new hire orientation, communicate with the clients and ABM staff.
+ Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, memos, and other documents. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
+ Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events. Manage calendars for executives and team members.
+ Communication: Serve as a liaison between different departments, handling information requests and queries from internal and external parties.
+ Office Coordination: Order office supplies, handle office equipment maintenance, and ensure the workplace is clean and organized.
+ Data Entry and Reporting: Input data accurately into databases and generate reports as required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Project Assistance: Support special projects and provide assistance to various departments as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Able to speak Spanish Preferred
+ Experience in Work order maintenance systems Preferred
