The Combustors and Structures Senior Delivery Leader role is focused on the measurement of business KPI's, action plans to meet those KPI's for complex multi-commodity, multi-source team assemblies for a business division (ex D&S or CES). In this role, you'll join our Combustors and Structures team the delivery performance within the manufacturing lead-time horizon for structural castings, forging, and machining suppliers.
This position manages a complex supply base with a large spend - focusing on both direct and indirect materials to support the needs of both engine assembly and aftermarket customers.

**Required Qualifications**

**Pay Transparency**
+ The base pay range for this position is $149,200.00 - 248,600.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 8, 2025.
