Job DescriptionWe are considering candidates residing between the Fresno and Sacramento market areas.
Position Summary:The Senior Private Client Advisor serves as the primary contact for our highest net worth clients, focusing on clients with a net worth of $1 million and above. The role involves managing client portfolios, enhancing client engagement, assessing banking needs, and providing comprehensive wealth management advice, including estate and succession planning. Private Client Advisors handle the bank's most valuable wealth management clients.
Position Responsibilities:- Act as the main contact point for high net worth clients entering Wealth Management.
- Develop profitable client relationships through strong business development skills.
- Build and maintain relationships within the Banks Agribusiness Banking Division.
- Identify client needs and meet them using investments, insurance, banking, credit, and other relevant products, coordinating with tax, legal, and estate professionals.
- Grow the client portfolio through referrals to Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, Asset Managers, Wealth Strategists, and Family Business Counselors.
- Follow up to ensure all banking services meet or exceed client expectations.
- Proactively monitor client portfolios to strengthen relationships.
- Engage clients in estate and succession planning processes.
- Provide high-level financial advice using a full range of banking products tailored for affluent clients.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Active Series 7, 63, 65, 66 licenses, and Life Insurance licenses.
- Experience selling Life Insurance products.
- Experience with estate planning and trusts.
- Experience working with high net worth agribusiness clients.
- Experience as a Private Banker working with high net worth agribusiness clients.
- Fully licensed with Series 7, 65 or 66, and Life Insurance.
- Experience selling Life Insurance.
- Previous employment at Wells Fargo, US Bank, Northwestern Mutual NY Life, or Prudential preferred.
