**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Provide troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of the facility and related controls equipment, components, and systems.

+ Oversee the maintenance program including reactive, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance including spearheading repairs & emergency response support.
+ Provide timely critical information to keep the Site Manager abreast of crucial situations and/or conditions.
+ Assist with the development and ensure proper input of maintenance data into the computerized maintenance management system.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
+ Respond to maintenance calls when required and/or requested.
+ Comply with company safety program and trainings
+ Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
While performing the duties of a Facilities Maintenance Technician, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder work required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircrafts and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:**
The work environment is similar to airport operation with vehicular traffic. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, outside weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, cold, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Employees will work on an airport ramp around aircrafts and around heavy equipment.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ Valid Driver's License
+ Experience in general plumbing or electrical background highly desired.
+ 3+ years' experience in equipment and maintenance operations preferred
+ Familiarity with Airport operations is a plus
+ Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
+ Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays

The Parts Specialists is responsible for managing all aspects of parts inventory and procurement to support airport maintenance and ground support operations. **Scope of Responsibility**
+ Record and update inventory usage of supplies and parts through the EMS system.

+ Maintain parts storage areas in a clean, organized, and compliant condition; coordinate proper disposal of used or obsolete parts.

+ Conduct and document full inventories and cycle counts of spare parts.
+ Ensure adequate parts are in stock or can be sourced quickly; maintain correct quantities at all times.
+ Oversee data accuracy in the EAMS system, ensuring labor and materials are properly recorded.
+ Act as purchasing agent for parts, including ordering OEM and approved alternative parts.
+ Maintain and adjust inventory procedures and usage practices as necessary.
+ Monitor and manage min/max levels, lead times, and usage patterns for inventory optimization.
+ Review inventory levels to recommend additions or deletions based on usage trends.
+ Perform periodic cycle counts and report findings.
+ Ensure all activities comply with company, safety, and airport operational standards.
+ Forklift operator certification is required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Provide daily oversight and direction to team members to ensure operational excellence, including personnel scheduling, work order, safety, and productivity plans, material availability, and the handling and resolution of employee issues.
+ Interact daily with team members to provide support and on-the-job training. Strive to improve management, team members, and customer satisfaction.
+ Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
+ Provide leadership in support of the Operational Managers in overseeing operational performance.
+ Comply with and support company safety programs and training.
+ Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
While performing the duties of Supervisor, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds. Ability to work in confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
The primary work environment is similar to an office environment. However, the Supervisor must have the ability to perform tasks, near moving machinery parts.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver's License.
+ Supervisory experience a must.
+ Preference for 5+ years' experience in the area of airport maintenance services. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Strong leadership skills.
+ Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport.
+ Strong organization skills.
+ Ability to work Day or Night shift including weekends and holidays.
**Pay Range:**
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions. Work tasks are physical and include bending, lifting, standing, and walking. Work tasks are repetitive, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds. At times, these tasks will be completed in harsh weather conditions (heat, rain, snow). We practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Some of your daily tasks include:
+ Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
+ Safeguard Cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
+ Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
+ Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
Scheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
