Amazon is seeking an industry proven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee our network of Third Party Logistics (3PL) suppliers implementing Automation and Process Engineering equipment across North America. Successful candidates are natural self-starters with expertise in managing multiple 3PL relationships and their execution of complex integration projects, developing and implementing change management strategies, coordinating between equipment manufacturers, 3PL operators, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements. Our 3PL Supply Chain Manager must be highly adaptable, capable of quickly adjusting strategies and implementation plans in response to dynamic business needs and varying site conditions. They should excel at leading cross-functional teams spanning multiple organizations, managing complex stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels, driving consistent standards across diverse 3PL partners, and balancing technical requirements with operational constraints. The ideal candidate will embrace our principles of customer focus, innovation enablement, and advanced technology adoption while maintaining a team-first mindset. They will drive our 3PL partners to deliver the most advanced and cost-effective automation solutions across our North American network. This role requires strong project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to influence without direct authority to ensure successful integration of new automation systems through our 3PL partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with our key 3PL suppliers and business partners to enable and support project execution.
- Review supplier designs and proposals to ensure that scope, pricing, and schedules support Amazon business needs.
- Support consistent work package sourcing processes consistent with Amazon sourcing policies.
- Facilitate suppliers' understanding of Amazon global policies, site requirements, budget and cost targets, service and quality expectations.
- Drive suppliers' continuous improvement and value engineering in support of program performance metrics: quality, delivery, capacity, cost and safety.
- Monitor suppliers' cost, performance, quality, and capacity with respect to overall program objectives.
- Develop alternate sourcing strategies to optimize costs and ensure continuity of supply.
- Position requires 10% travel
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

We program manage vendors during the design, deployment, and change management stages. We partner internally and externally to deliver program milestones, cost, quality and sustainability.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement operations experience in indirect categories.
- 5+ years of demonstrated analytical skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables at minimum)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA in relevant fields.
- Specific experience in driving process improvements in procurement.

Job Description
Amazon Last Mile is seeking an experienced candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that lead to improvements in our last mile delivery network. This position will lead the development and execution of new worldwide transportation initiatives designed to improve overall efficiency and meet the ever-growing demand for last mile capacity. The successful candidate will have data mining and modeling skills and is comfortable facilitating ideas and working from concept through to execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Build strategic labor planning models, partnering with product teams for tool development, and managing labor/scheduling resources for the network
- Build analytics and data pipelines to enable optimization and predictive science
- Communicate with Delivery Station Leaders to determine capacity needs from the flexible labor pool
- Work directly with labor planners and workforce staffing partners to integrate labor planning and execute labor orders
- Partner with operations and PXT leaders to deep dive escalations related to labor scheduling
- Monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Build a data structure and reporting process by working through various business parameters, which establish truth in data.
- Understand the business challenges and identify data-driven business insights with effective presentation of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Design and conduct experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different initiatives to improve key output metrics and help shape the long-term strategy.
- Leverage data to increase the efficiency of our programs working closely with the business teams to drive optimization.
- Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business conclusions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).

Labor Strategy team leads innovation efforts in the labor planning space for AMZL UTR Operations. We partner closely with applied science, analytics, tech, and planning teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
