As a **Fulfillment Center Retail Pharmacy Technician** at Banner Health Corporate in Chandler, you will be filling medications, packing medications to ship out to patients, shipping, replenishing, working with automated dispensing machinery, be responsible for cycle counts, short dates, stock rotation and receive medications. Pharmacy technician experience, knowledge of medication management information system software and automated dispensing systems is preferred, and will be helpful in this role.
**The schedule is is 9AM - 5:30PM, Monday - Friday, no weekends or major holidays.**

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will prepare, dispense, and compound medication under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provide prescription support services for patients to ensure safe, appropriate, effective and efficient delivery of medication therapy. Provide excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, strong problem solving, documentation and computer skills. Work closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support pharmaceutical care activities, complete pharmacy billing activities, record keeping, reporting, inventory management, and arrange appropriate medication delivery.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, review and interpret prescriptions and input into the computer for verification by the pharmacist. Communicate with patients and initiate problem resolution on payer issues.
2. Prepare, dispense, and compound appropriate amount of medication under supervision of a pharmacist. Deliver medications accurately to the patient.
3. Answer phones, accept prescriptions, and communicate with patients in waiting area.
4. Assist with inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and assist with any other administrative duties as assigned by supervising pharmacists or senior technicians.
5. Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and perform other work assignments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Requires Pharmacy Technician licensure and active Pharmacy Technician certification OR Pharmacy Intern licensure in the state of practice.
Incumbents in Arizona are also required to provide the AZ Board of Pharmacy Wallet Card at time of hire.
Minimal experience, typically gained through 0-2 years relevant work experience. Ability to attend and successfully complete 160 hours of on the job training required. Strong customer service focus, superior problem-solving abilities. Ability to complete moderate to difficult mathematical calculations using a hand-held calculator is required.
BSS Registry Team members and Travelers are not eligible to drive on behalf of Banner and are not required to possess a valid driver's license or be eligible for coverage under the company's auto insurance policy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates or bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Proficiency and experience with third party claims adjudication and claims rejection reconciliation preferred. Proficiency and experience with non-sterile, sterile and hazardous drug compounding preferred. Work experience which demonstrates analytical ability, judgment and interpersonal skills in pharmacy or healthcare preferred. Experience and proficiency with computer software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or comparable program.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

What You Will Do:
As the Tile Warehouse Worker, you will safely operate material handling equipment to accurately receive, prepare, and process customer orders for shipment or delivery.
Your Top Accountabilities in the Role:
- Pulls and packs Tile orders for transfer or customer shipment ensuring accuracy of order pulled.

Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment to customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe.
The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop team members by providing advice, counseling, opportunities for growth, and visibility to senior leadership
- Guide new employees through on boarding, coach employees on their job performance, give feedback, and suggest corrective action as appropriate

**Qualifications**
+ Must be over 18 years of age
+ High school education or equivalent is preferred
+ 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
+ Basic computer skills
+ Manual dexterity required for operating machinery
+ Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb
+ Some client locations require a current valid driver?s license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
