Our warehouse team is a critical piece of our organization. They are the people that ensure our exacting standards are met and our customers orders arrive on time with 100% accuracy. How exactly do they do this? They work as a team with a sense of urgency and with a level of detail that is second to none. Our same day shipping model requires peak performance at all times.
**FC Warehouse Fulfillment Associate Job Summary
**
You will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed. **
Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities**

Primary Schedule : Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm (end time may vary depending on fulfillment workload)

Process, pack, and ship orders accurately

Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed

Inspect products for damages; report as needed

Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products

Prepare products for shipping

Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma preferred

Proven work experience in a warehouse setting

Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.

Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forklift

Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems

Solid communication skills and inventory skills

Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs

The Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will serve as the backbone for Fulfillment as a Service at Cart.com. Getting a package to a customer's doorstep is not an easy task. Our fulfillment associates should be ready to provide efficient and quality work for our clients and customers while solving problems as they come up. In this role, you will work closely with your floor manager, team leads, and fellow associates. This seat is expected to be eager to learn new things, be a team player, and be ready to find out of the box solutions.

Our Warehouse Worker will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring that orders are pulled, packed, converted, shipped, loaded, and received accurately and free from visible damage or defect.
Job Responsibilities:
● Transport goods and supplies into and around the warehouse to ensure on time delivery of goods and supplies.
● Deliver general warehouse tasks using various material handling equipment to ensure all goods and supplies are stored and recorded with agreed procedures.
● Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records following established inventory control procedures.
● Follow mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
● Adhere to the organization's Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) policies, procedures and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to oneself and others in the workplace.
● Utilize and understand the warehouse operating systems to receive, print orders and locate inventory on the floor.
● Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

● Stooping - performed when filling orders or putting away products assigned to floor level locations. May bend at the waist.
● Kneeling - kneel when filling orders or putting away products assigned to floor level locations.
