HIRING NOW for a Production Helpers, Assemblers, Operators, and Shipping Department in the Pensacola, FL area. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machines and assembly order to specifications using hand and power tools. We are looking for reliable individuals who are mechanically inclined and looking for a long-term position within manufacturing. Overtime hours, medical benefits, and weekly pay while on contract. Pay increase once direct.
**Job Overview:**
+ Job title: Production Helper/ Assembler
+ Location: Pensacola, FL
+ Shift Options:
+ 1st Shift: 6:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Friday, overtime available Saturday)
+ 2nd Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am (Mon-Friday, overtime available Saturday)
+ Pay rate: $15-$6.50 (based on shift/experience) - pay increase within the first year
+ Pay rate: 17/hr considered for Material Handler roles
+ Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
+ Work on assembly line: assembling metal pieces to order specifications.
+ Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
+ Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and run schedules.
**Qualifications:**
+ Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial Experience is preferred.
+ Experience working in non-climate controlled environments.
+ Ability to lift 30-50 pounds consistently.
+ Ability to work standing for 10-12 hour shifts.
+ Experience using tools (drills) is a plus.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is 15.00 - 18.00/hr.
