Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment to customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe.
The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop team members by providing advice, counseling, opportunities for growth, and visibility to senior leadership
- Guide new employees through on boarding, coach employees on their job performance, give feedback, and suggest corrective action as appropriate
- Implement processes and systems to monitor progress and assess an employee's progress toward individual and team goals

About the Role

The Dismantler is responsible for breaking down pallets and sorting components that are reusable and those that are damaged while operating with incredible consistency and detail, ensuring pallets meet the quality standards. This role will perform an array of assembly line tasks from identifying damaged and disassembling pallets, to evaluating usable pieces.

Responsibilities

  • Dismantle pallets using multiple types of small and large equipment.
  • Partner with another Dismantler to operate production equipment and precision to provide consistent quality of all pallets.
  • Perform inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Control and adjust equipment settings as needed.
  • Evaluate pallet components to determine usability and ensure they meet PLA standards.

  • Maintain a clean workspace, reducing accidents, and ensuring compliance.

Experience, Skills & Education

  • Previous experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or construction preferred.

**_Responsibilities in this role_**
+ Required to work in various distribution related areas, including but not limited to: Picking Packing, & Shipping in a production environment
+ Must be self motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction.
+ Must have the ability to lift/palletize various products weighing up to 60 pounds and stand for 6-8 hours per day
+ Must either possess or be able and willing to train for material handling license.
+ Individual must be detail oriented.

**Schedule:** Sunday (7:00pm - until task is complete) Monday-Thursday (7:30pm until task is complete)
**Off: Friday and Saturday**
**Pay rate:** $21.90 per hour (includes shift differential)

**_What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers
**_Qualifications_**

+ Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds
+ Comfortable working in a refrigerated area (i.e. walk-in refrigerator)
+ Ability to walk, bend, reach, stoop, lift, for entire shift
+ Ability to follow direction and change priorities
+ Team player
+ Flexible and adaptable to meet changing business needs
+ Able to work Holidays
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
+ Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
+ Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
