As our Warehouse Associate, you'll make an impact by:
- Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation
- Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor and reconciling product pull sheets with production
- Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA check in inspections and discrepancy reporting
- Managing production overrun product on a daily basis
- Managing upkeep and cleanliness of warehouse
- Stocking small pack area shelves
- Assisting with inbound and outbound UPS/FedEx shipments
- Assisting with monthly cycle counts
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- One year experience in warehouse or manufacturing, preferred
- Ability to certify and operate a forklift and other equipment needed to move material
- Ability to work with hay and hay-based products
- Ability to lift 65 pounds, stoop, kneel, twist, bend and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in extreme heat and/or cold conditions as weather dictates
- Ability to work with hay and hay-based products
