The North America Stores Salesforce Team is looking for a smart, motivated, and hard-working Salesforce Administrator to help develop and maintain a Salesforce instance supporting Amazon Retail teams. This is a high visibility project for one of Amazon's largest businesses. In this role you will be responsible for supporting core application functioanlity as well as new development for our AU user base. You will use your business judgement and technical experience to design and build compelling new products for thousands of internal customers in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Own some technical aspects of the Retail Salesforce instance such as integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange products.

• Manage configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.

• Partner with other system product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.

• Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, increase productivity, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.

• Manage Salesforce support requests and any escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

About the team

NAC ACES is focused on improving the employee and vendor experience across Amazon's NAC Retail organization. We deliver tooling, process improvements, and BI solutions to remove manual work and improve efficiency. We make it easier for our vendors to work with Amazon by resolving major pain points and delivering programs to improve the vendor experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • 2+ years of software development experience

  • 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

  • Japanese and English language proficency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
