We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our operational execution on the Amazon platform. This role supports Almo's Consumer Division by ensuring catalog integrity, promotional accuracy, and compliance with Amazon standards. A key responsibility of this role is partnering closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive online availability and support business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounts, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional details are accurate and optimized.
- Partner with the CSM to monitor and improve online availability, sell-through, and item readiness.
- Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of new and existing SKUs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with Amazon content and compliance requirements.
- Administer and track Cost Support Agreements (CSAs), including set-up, execution, and coordination with internal finance and sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance, and customer service teams to align operational priorities and promotional activity.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to Amazon operations, inventory availability, and growth metrics.
- Ensure all item-level data meets Amazon listing standards and support teams in troubleshooting catalog or content issues.
- Contribute to promotional planning efforts and ensure that programs are aligned with business goals and correctly supported through internal systems.
- Support reporting needs related to product status, sales performance, and margin tracking.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of Amazon operations or e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer goods or distribution.
- Direct experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
- Demonstrated ability to manage item setup, availability monitoring, and online merchandising support.
- Experience with Cost Support Agreement (CSA) setup and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with Amazon retail tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Almo's product categories (consumer electronics, appliances, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of digital shelf metrics and content optimization best practices.

What You Will Do:
- Responsible for being a strategic expert on Amazon advertising and guiding the team (internal and client) through Amazon media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement
- Act as a senior point of contact for assigned client(s), with accountability for client success; regularly interfacing with client leadership and internal executive leadership
- Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies to address these areas
- Support the partnership with Pacvue / Skai, providing input to strategic partnerships and innovation opportunities
- Directly lead a team of up to 15 Managers, Senior Analysts and Analysts, providing strategic guidance through the development of granular and innovative campaigns
- Provide ad hoc business development support for new business opportunities
- Codify and share best practices across teams
- 8-10+ years of experience in performance and retail media advertising - sponsored ads and DSP preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage executive-level client relationships
- Leverage a deep understanding of the Amazon advertising landscape to act as a subject matter expert for internal and external teams
- Experience working with tools such as Skai or Helium10 and platforms such as Pacvue (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, both directly and indirectly, with a proven ability to develop junior staff
- Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable using Excel for data analysis with an understanding of advanced analytic approaches.
