**Description**
We are seeking a hardworking, performance-savvy, engineer to build out the big data platform and services, which power many of these customer features - existing and new. As a core member of the Data Engineering team you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that rely on processing and serving very large datasets with an awareness of scalability. This will include crafting systems to model, ingest, process and compute large-scale, mission-critical data across Apple Music. High-throughput and reliability are essential. The computed datasets are produced for internal reporting used by executives and they are also shared across many teams within the ASE organization, such as the Search team, Recommendation team, AB team, Marketing team. **Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
+ At least 5+ years relevant industry experience
+ Experience with distributed computing technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
+ Proficiency in Scala, Java and SQL
+ Expertise in designing, implementing and supporting highly scalable data systems and services
+ Expertise building and running large-scale data pipelines, including distributed messaging such as Kafka, data ingest from various sources to feed batch and near-realtime or streaming compute components
+ Solid understanding of data-modeling and data-architecture optimized for big data patterns, such as efficient storage and query on HDFS

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

**Description**
As an engineer on our team, you will design, architect and maintain the CORE components of the Apple Music android application. You will interact with other Apple members in cross-platform features, overseeing the work of less experienced developers, and create systems to be used by third party developers. **A little bit about our team:**
The mission of the Warner Records Digital Marketing team is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases and social conversation/engagement using innovative digital marketing strategies. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist's digital presence including digital narrative development, digital advertising, social content ideation, influencer campaigns, digital advertising, CRM, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking digital campaigns and provide in-depth creative consulting geared toward growing a highly engaged fanbase.
**Your role:**
This role will be responsible for high-level Urban Music digital marketing campaigns at Warner Records. This position will be responsible for developing campaigns that create cultural conversation, build artist social followings and engagement, and drive music consumption. We seek a digital expert who is knowledgeable in industry standards and eager to shape the future of digital marketing.
**Here you'll get to:**
+ Oversee the development and execution of groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns and build growth strategies for both established and developing artists in the Urban Music space, leading to follower growth and consumption
+ Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Create post-mortem analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign and measure effectiveness of each tactic
+ Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial Revenue, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Creative and Publicity, to build cohesive cross-platform campaigns
+ Be responsible for the day-to-day social media strategy, website, and CRM strategies for a designated roster of artists and the Warner Records social accounts with a focus on driving fandom, engagement, and music consumption
+ Use your expert-level knowledge of social platforms and social content strategies when partnering with artists and management to craft a social narrative and content strategy that elevates their brands and drives fandom, cultural conversation and music consumption
+ Work with artist management and internal departments to develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all social platforms
+ Partner with internal creatives and external creators to develop high-performing short-form content for Warner Records artists
+ Partner with the VP of Paid Media Strategy, Operations and Audience Growth to develop and execute paid media campaigns and CRM strategy for each artist
+ Work with our Insights team to profile our online audiences, building digital marketing strategies based on that demographic and psychographic data
+ Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives and participate in regular update meetings

**About you:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Leadership, client-facing role, directing deal teams working on asset securitization transactions focusing on ABS esoteric structured products backed by digital infrastructure, music and film royalties intellectual property, and whole business. Responsible for originating and execution of securitization opportunities, both loan and ABS, including public and private (144a or 4a2) securitizations, portfolio purchases, and advisory services. Individuals in this position are the leader positioning the Asset Backed Finance business along with the senior Relationship Manager representing the institution and driving and creating relationships with the most important/key clients/issuers. Individuals are highly skilled, vastly experienced senior originators and structurers capable of fully independent activity including origination, structuring, and execution of large, complex loan and securities transactions.

Perform all underwriting and work with Credit on all execution opportunities. Responsible for all components of loan, 144a, and 4a2 execution: including pitching, creating analysis and pitch content, all elements of deal execution, idea generation and rating agency dialogue. Work with Portfolio Managers to support existing management of the current portfolio and clients. Will also drive and follow all FTS/FTB key policies and procedures.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensure that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive client/issuer engagement and originate opportunities-all client facing activities- and lead any structured product pitch and presentation content across multiple clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and internal partners.
  • Deliver high value-add ABS and asset backed finance advice (including appropriateness) and analysis to prospects and clients.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with asset-backed financial models and leading dialogue across rating agencies and investors
  • Work as a part of a team to deliver solutions that generate capital markets revenue from a targeted list of clients and prospects.
  • Create and deliver ABS capital markets presentation materials.

  • Provide ABS execution expertise/guidance to other junior members on the ABF team.
  • Work with Sales, Trading, and Syndicate to identify investor relationships and drive active engagement with clients and investors
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of securitization opportunities through a developed business strategy.
  • Identify, research and analyze potential new asset classes.
  • Drive effective monitoring and reporting of the securitization portfolio.
  • Develops intimate knowledge of all customers and prospect opportunities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for driving deal team coordination on each loan or ABS opportunity and daily roles and responsibilities. Provide distribution of tasks to ensure successful deal execution and ongoing deal management, and processes for waivers/amendments. Responsible for effective mentoring, management and development of staff.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking or Capital Markets and specifically in a digital infrastructure/intellectual property ABS origination and execution role.
  • Strong public, 144a, 4a2, and loan ABS deal execution performance history and credit underwriting skills
  • Developed client relationships and management skills within esoterics ABS sector
  • Proven ability to pitch, win, and execute
