The Filtration Application Engineer will provide filtration expertise to internal and external customers with high quality equipment and excellent services. Provides direction to business units in the areas of safety, service, performance and quality. Directs and coordinates commercial activities such as filtration business development with the regional branch offices and expands United Rentals Fluid Solution's role in Water Treatment Technologies for all market segments.
**What you'll do:**
+ Provide leadership and direction to business units in areas such as safety, planning, costs, efficiency, quality and customer service.
+ Provide technical sales support to the sales and operations teams from pre-to-post sales process.
+ Provide Filtration training and support to the sales and operation teams.
+ Responsible for reviewing and maintaining strategic pricing, end market focus and customer development.

+ Manage product requirements to assure compliance to customer specifications while optimizing resources.
+ Manage product schedule timelines to assure meeting customer demand and supporting resources to locate equipment as needed for filtration projects.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with business units to support a cohesive team environment to serve the customer.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
+ 5+ years' experience in the Filtration service applications
+ Rental/Sales/Industrial background and knowledge of Wynne and/or Rental Man Systems
+ Proficient in MS Office products
+ Experience with Filtration technologies
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed analysis that allows decision making based on data
+ Strong leadership skills

As a member of the Information Services Department, the Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing outstanding phone and e-mail support as a first point of contact for users calling about computer questions, issues, and requests. This individual communicates courteously and effectively to all attorneys and staff to ensure high-level customer service standards are met. **Please note that the required work schedule for this position is 11:00 am-8:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 am-5:00 pm Pacific Time).**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Provides outstanding phone and e-mail support as a first point of contact with the IS HelpDesk for all Fox Rothschild computer users.
+ Documents all pertinent end-user identification information and nature of problem or issues in Service Now system.
+ Access knowledge bases and resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
+ Assists as a member of the team for the development and maintenance of the service desk application (Service Now), with team members to keep up to date with knowledge about the use of defined tools, templates and standards.
+ Develops help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for Solutions knowledge base.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Perform other duties, as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):**
**Education:**
+ Associate's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of two years of related experience in a technical phone support center/helpdesk environment; law firm experience preferred.
+ Application support experience with Office 365 products with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
+ Experience with DMS/FileSite a plus.
**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**
+ Working knowledge of network and local PC diagnostic utility tools.
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

The Advanced Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing world-class support experiences to our enterprise customers. The Specialist will utilize their knowledge, expertise, and exceptional soft skills to understand the customer and interpret their needs to ensure they are achieving maximum value from Cornerstone.

In this role you will.

  • Respond to customer cases in line with service level objectives.

  • Identify and resolve issues and proactively perform mitigation assessments to prevent issues from recurring.

  • Approach each case with a goal of ensuring Cornerstone products are performing at an optimal level by addressing any underlying or additional problems uncovered during each customer engagement.

  • Research and replicate difficult configuration, compatibility or product defect issues and document the results of your investigation.

  • Manage customer and internal communications with, both written and on calls.

  • Drive full resolution of cases and escalated cases with limited oversight or direction.

  • Act as a mentor and advisor to other members of the Global Technical Support Team

  • Maintain an advanced understanding of the Cornerstone product portfolio, be the Subject Matter Expert.

  • Create knowledge articles and lead knowledge sharing initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience required. Experience supporting LMS, HRIS, LXP, etc. is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical customer support role. Preferably with enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Experience leading major Enterprise incidents/situations using escalation Management guidelines to engage support, product managers, engineering teams and other teams.

  • Ability to communicate technical information proficiently with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level executives and Engineering leaders.

  • The ability to communicate confidently and clearly on conference calls, in meetings, and via email, at all levels of the organization is essential.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Customer focus and ownership, use of own initiative, and a proactive approach to work.

  • Ability to facilitate conversations with large groups of remote people.

  • Ability to maintain calm during stressful situations.

  • Ability to translate technical incidents into business terms.
