Utilize Basler's internal code base to edit and coach customers on how to integrate our products into their systems. Work alongside marketing team to build and maintain product demos shown at tradeshows and training events. RMA(return material authorization): Support Back Office in RMA process by evaluate requests for RMAs, determine if the products need to be brought back in for physical testing, once received determine if product is faulty as customer describes and document in SAP systems. Travel: onsite to pre & post sales customer visits in addition to tradeshow coverage for technical expertise (see requirements section) Requirements: This role offers a hybrid working environment, combining in office and remote work. Qualifications: Experience and Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field with 1-5 years of relevant experience. Understanding of electronics concepts and familiarity with circuit analysis and components. Programming skills in C++, C#, or .NET (proficiency in Python also desirable). As we scale our commercial business, we're seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Solutions Engineer to help convert inbound demand into strategic wins.
This role blends technical acumen, customer engagement, and business insight. You'll serve as the technical face of Cesium in business engagements, helping prospects and partners understand our technology, design high-impact solutions, and drive adoption of the Cesium platform in commercial workflows.
Responsibilities:

Partner with Business Development to support pre-sales conversations, customer discovery, and proposal development with a strong technical foundation.

Application Engineer - Systems Life Sciences
As an Application Engineer - Systems Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Systems Sales (Outside) Group by leveraging your technical expertise and product knowledge to develop innovative solutions architectures and bills of materials. You'll serve as the technical face of Cesium in business engagements, helping prospects and partners understand our technology, design high-impact solutions, and drive adoption of the Cesium platform in commercial workflows.
**Responsibilities:**
